All our watches are authentic. As a licensed brick-and-mortar store in Singapore, each timepiece undergoes thorough verification and authentication by our team of experienced watchmakers, ensuring they are genuine and in excellent working condition.
Absolutely, we do allow try-ons for pre-owned watches so you can ensure the perfect fit. However, for brand new watches, they cannot be tried on to maintain their pristine condition. We accept payment via cash, international wire transfer, PayNow, and credit card. Please note that a 2.5% surcharge applies to credit card transactions. All items must be paid in full before collection or shipment.
Yes, we do offer in-store financing through DBS and POSB credit cards, with 6 to 12 months 0% interest installment plans available. Please note there is a one-time terminal charge of 3% for DBS cards and 3.5% for POSB cards
Yes, we're happy to consider trades for certain models. Please send us a message on WhatsApp or via email with details of your watch, including the model, what's included (e.g., box and papers), along with some photos showcasing its condition. We'll assess and provide you with a quote accordingly.
Reservations require a minimum deposit of either $500 or 10% of the asking price, whichever amount is higher. Kindly be informed that deposits are strictly non-refundable. Additionally, the reserved watch must be collected within 7 days, otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. Should you have any further inquiries or wish to proceed with a reservation, please feel free to contact us.
We gladly accept orders from clients residing overseas. Upon receiving full payment, we will ship the watch via express courier, using either DHL or FedEx. Rest assured, all watches will be fully insured during transit. An adult signature is mandatory for package receipt to fulfill insurance requirements. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, or taxes in their respective countries. In the event of package loss or theft, refunds will only be issued upon approval of an insurance claim by our insurance vendor.
Yes, most of the watches listed on our website are available for viewing and purchase unless specified otherwise. However, we recommend sending us a message to check the availability of the specific watch you are interested in before visiting the store.
For watches sold without a manufacturer's warranty, we provide a 12-month In-house Warranty against movement defects starting from the Date of Purchase. It's important to understand that this warranty excludes damages caused by mishandling, accidents, or regular wear and tear, including water damage, as such instances invalidate the warranty. Furthermore, please note that this warranty is non-transferable and does not include the cost of replacing parts, if necessary.
No, all goods are sold under the GST Gross-Margin Scheme. Both the seller and buyer are not allowed to make any input tax claim on the goods.
